This is what really happened...
There has been a death in the pack but it's not of a Quileute. In the center of Alaska, The Makah tribe has now had their share of shifters, thanks to the Denalis; however, a treaty is now out of the question after Kate and Eleazar's run in with the youngest member of the pack. With the death of a Makah and the current danger the Denali consider themselves in, both species find themselves in Washington proposing a war. And who better to ask for help then some old school friends in La Push and Forks.
The time of the war between the Makahs and Denali's is almost at hand, with casualties on both sides. And while it seems they will be fighting this war alone, both sides are slowly starting to see new threats arise around them. The Zuutaeans are being plagued by a new face and while he seems innocent, his intentions are far from it. The Cullens and Quileutes have repaired their treaty and almost seem to be getting along for once. The Volturi seem to have their own agenda and surprisingly they aren't seeming quite so unified anymore. But the biggest threat of all, the one that has everyone's attention is the recent addition of yet another group of shifters. Not wolves, Not cougars...no, these shifters are potentially the biggest threat to the supernatural world ever. BEARS!
